• Changes: Hours may vary due to doctor availability, holidays, or urgent needs. We might close early if doctors reach the MSP cap.

 

Prescription Refills:

• Review Needed: Even if you’ve been on the same medication for years, it’s important to review it with your doctor periodically.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• How to Cancel: Please cancel your appointment online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-Show Fees: Failure to cancel in advance may result in a fee due to lost revenue from holding your spot.

 

Lab Results:

• Receiving Results:

• Phone Results: For safety reasons, results cannot be given over the phone unless directed by your physician.
