Regular Hours : We’re open according to the posted regular hours at each location.

Changes: Hours may vary due to doctor availability, holidays etc. We might close early if doctors reach the MSP cap.​​

Booking Appointments:

Appointments can be made by phone or in person during business hours or online 24x7.

Online Appointment : Patients with a Family Physician in our clinic, can book online at www.mercymedicalclinics.com, this is easy and you can avoid wait time over phone. You’ll receive a confirmation via email for online appointment booking only.

Type of appointments – Choose the type of appointments based on the nature of the concern

Phone Consults – Phone Consults are for simple concerns like, fever,cold/flu symptoms, Medication refills, chronic condition or Lab/other results follow up etc.

In person visits - In-Person Visits required for concerns like, Physical Exam, Persistent pain,Skin lesions or lumps,Infections,Neurological issues,Acute injuries etc

Same-Day Appointments: Urgent issues may be accommodated based on availability.
Things you should know about Appointments

Phone consults – Physician will call you to the phone # on file and calls will come with caller id blocked or with Clinic Name within an hour from the appointment time, so be prepared to take the call to avoid any no show fee of $65.00.

In person visits - Come to the clinic 10 minutes before your appointment for check-in.

Patients arriving late may be asked to reschedule if we face scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel your appointment online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to cancel in advance may result in a No show fee of $60.00 due to lost revenue from holding your spot.
New Patient & Urgent Visits

If you don’t have a family doctor at our clinic or you are are a walk-in patient, please call us before coming. Walk-in spots are limited and fill up quickly.

For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

For health advice,please call 811 to get advice over the phone for your immediate action
Prescription Refills:

Prescription Renewals are made after discussing with the patients during your appointment.

We do not renew prescriptions over the phone or via fax from pharmacies unless previously arranged.

Please plan ahead; allow 2 business days for processing and faxing the prescription to your pharmacies .
Lab or other Results:

We will contact you if your test results are abnormal. For normal results, please check with our staff to confirm we’ve received them, and book a follow-up appointment if needed.

Please allow 5-7 days after your test and then call clinic if you want to know about your result.
Receiving Results:

Patients can receive their results
- Book an Appointment to follow up with your family doctor for results.

Online Access: Sign up with the lab to view your results online,that is quick.

Phone Results: For safety reasons, results cannot be given over the phone by the staff unless directed by your physician and a written consent by you.
New Patient Registration for Family Physician:

Availability: Check with our friendly staff to see which doctors are accepting new patients.

Paperwork: Complete Intake registration forms in advance and handover to the staff. Our staff will contact you for further processing your request.
Forms & Administrative Requests

Completion of forms (e.g. insurance, disability or transfer of records etc) may incur a fee.

Fill out the form for any personal information before you submit the form.

Turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days.
Communication

Calls regarding Non-urgent matters and administrative questions may be made between 12 and 4 pm only on working days.

Our staff will not discuss medical issues with you due to privacy and security concerns.

Uninsured Services:

Some services are not covered by the Medical Services Plan. Visit our website or call our clinic for information on uninsured service fees.
