HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Book Appointment : Now available for Dr.Premnath Alfred by following these steps:

  1. Choose "Book Phone Consult" or "Book In-Person Visit"

  2. Click on the name or name/clinic and fill up all the required details.

  3. Check your email for a confirmation once booked.

Cancel Appointment : Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. A $50 no-show fee applies to missed confirmed appointments.

BOOK PHONE CONSULT with 

Phone Consults are convinient for concerns like

​

  • Mild fever,cold/flu symptoms

  • Medication refills/adjustments

  • Chronic condition follow-ups(diabetis,BP)

  • Stress, anxiety, or sleep issues

  • Lab/imaging results

BOOK IN-PERSON VISIT with 

  In-Person Visits required for concerns like :

  • Physical exams

  • Persistent pain (e.g., abdominal, joint)

  • Skin lesions or lumps

  • Infections (e.g., ear, throat, wound)

  • Neurological issues (e.g., dizziness, numbness)

  • Acute injuries (e.g., sprains, fractures)
