Booking online is quick and easy—no calls, no waiting !

​Here’s what you need to know before booking :

 

​Who Can Book Online?

  • Regular patients who have a Family Physician in our clinic 

  • New or not a regular patient? Call us, and we’ll assist you !

Cancellations:

  • Call us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. No email cancellations, please.

  • ⚠️$65 no-show fee applies for missed appointments or late cancellations.

BOOK ONLINE - PHONE APPOINTMENT 
(Available as per Physician schedule)

Phone Consults are for simple concerns like :
​
  • Mild fever,cold/flu symptoms
  • Medication refills/adjustments
  • Chronic condition follow-ups(diabetis,BP)
  • Stress, anxiety, or sleep issues
  • Lab/imaging results

BOOK ONLINE - IN PERSON APPOINTMENT 
(Available as per Physician Schedule)

  In-Person Visits are for concerns like :

  • Physical exams

  • Persistent pain (e.g., abdominal, joint)

  • Skin lesions or lumps

  • Infections (e.g., ear, throat, wound)

  • Neurological issues (e.g., dizziness, numbness)

  • Acute injuries (e.g., sprains, fractures)
